Andrew Mosko, Managing Principal

Andrew Mosko is the Founder and Managing Principal of Organizational Research Forum. He has over 30 years of experience in organizational research and human resources management.

Mr. Mosko provides his clients with information that helps them make better decisions. His deep understanding of the marketplaces they operate in combined with his knowledge of the broader business environment allow him to conduct research that is customized to each organization’s unique needs. He presents his findings in a clear, easy-to-understand manner and helps clients leverage the information to help their businesses succeed.

Mr. Mosko’s specialty is employee, management, sales force, customer and competitor research. He helps senior management measure opinions, as well as management/corporate culture, and recommends actions that will improve organizational effectiveness. In addition, Mr. Mosko conducts compensation research that allows companies to create motivating and competitive pay programs and practices that are aligned with overall strategic goals. He also conducts insightful assessments that measure the strengths and weaknesses of executives and senior and middle managers.

As Managing Principal of ORF, Mr. Mosko has partnered with a wide variety of organizations across a multitude of industries. His extensive experience, along with his sense of humor, strong work ethic and down to earth style, are well-regarded by clients and colleagues alike.

Prior to founding Organizational Research Forum, Mr. Mosko was the Director of Consulting Services for Stewart-Jennings, Inc., a subsidiary of Kemper Financial Services, Inc. At Stewart-Jennings, he successfully conducted employee and management research studies and developed salary, benefit, and compensation programs for government and industry clients. Mr. Mosko also was Director of Research for the Hay Group’s Research for Management Practice. Before he began his consulting career, Mr. Mosko was the Director of Human Resources for Bank Administration Institute (BAI). He also was a Personnel Officer for Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Company.

Mr. Mosko holds a B.A. in Psychology from Quincy University in Quincy, Illinois and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He also has completed all course work toward a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Mr. Mosko is the Chairman of the Vernon Hills (Illinois) Board of Fire and Police Commissioners and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Dubuque (Iowa) and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
